Relief for Sore Heels

Pair of heel cups made from soft silicone with an anatomical shape. The heel inserts are shock-absorbing and cradle the heel pad by wrapping around the heel.

The inserts provide relief for sore heels, and the shock absorption also benefits the ankles, knees, hips, and back.

Delivered in pairs. Even if only one heel is bothersome, it's important to place heel inserts in both shoes to prevent back problems.

The heel insert is easily transferred from shoe to shoe and can be cleaned in lukewarm water, optionally with a mild soap.
